Me Jérémie Poliquin

Jérémie Poliquin is a partner at KPP Avocats s.e.n.c.r.l. and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2016. He joined the family business after practicing in a boutique firm specializing in construction law.

 

Jérémie practices mainly in the fields of construction law, real estate and corporate law. He also acts as legal counsel in criminal and administrative investigations. 

Mr. Poliquin is also a trainer for the Association of Homeowners and Builders of Quebec (APCHQ) and teaches future license holders of the Régie du bâtiment du Québec the legal aspects of the following subjects: Execution of Work, Labor Relations, and Project & Construction Management.
